Conversion
What happens when God turns a human life — and how the Church is to recognise it, accompany it and not mistake it for something else.
Published Resources
One book, three articles in the Indian Journal of Spirituality, and a continuing seminar ministry — all of it circling the same question: how God turns a human heart, and what that turning asks of the Church afterwards.
The Book
Two conversions stand at the head of the Christian tradition. One took place on the road to Damascus, in a flash of light that left a persecutor blind. The other took place quietly, over years of reading and argument and reluctance, and ended with an Anglican divine received into the Catholic Church in a cottage at Littlemore.
Drawn from the doctoral research completed at St. Peter's Pontifical Institute in 2011, this study sets the two beside one another — asking what elements they share, and what those elements have to say to a Catholic spirituality that must still convert hearts today.
